Roaming around grassy pastures, our cattle exercise their muscles, giving our French roast its intense flavor. Our French roasts come from 100% grass-fed and finished glatt kosher beef, and are best suited to slow braises that create fork-tender, intoxicatingly flavorful meat. The farmers we partner with raise cattle organically and sustainably, producing delicious meat that is healthier, more ethical, and more environmentally friendly than conventionally raised meat.
