Our pasture-raised turkeys are more than just muscle! Using our kosher turkey bones and liver can take your cooking to the next level. After you taste your first soup using homemade stock made with our turkey bones, you’ll never go back to cans. Improve your cooking both gastronomically and economically by making a large batch of stock and freezing. Serve up your Bubbie’s turkey soup alongside her famous chopped liver (remember that the liver must be broiled to be kosher). Our Amish farmer, Aaron, raises our turkeys outdoors, producing delicious poultry that is healthier, more ethical, and more environmentally friendly than conventionally raised birds.

Our 100% pure and simple ground meat comes from 100% grass-fed and finished glatt kosher beef, and makes for the perfect burger at your summer barbecue or kreplach in your bubbie’s soup.  

Each case contains vacuum packs of 85% lean ground beef weighing approximately 1lb each on average.

Butcher's Roast
