Our pasture-raised ducks are more than just muscle! Using our kosher duck bones, liver, and skin can take your cooking to the next level. After you taste your first soup using homemade stock made with our duck bones, you’ll never go back to canned chicken stock. Improve your cooking both gastronomically and economically by making a large batch of stock and freezing. Take Bubbie’s chopped liver recipe to the next level by making it with duck liver (remember that the liver must be broiled to be kosher), and then make schmaltz or cracklings (or both!) with our duck skin. Our Amish farmer, Aaron, raises our ducks outdoors, producing delicious poultry that is healthier, more ethical, and more environmentally friendly than conventionally raised birds.

Our 100% pure and simple ground meat comes from 100% grass-fed and finished glatt kosher beef, and makes for the perfect burger at your summer barbecue or kreplach in your bubbie’s soup.  

Each case contains vacuum packs of 85% lean ground beef weighing approximately 1lb each on average.
