Marinades for delicious steaks and roasts
Use any of these marinades for your next dinner. For best results, marinate your meat for 24 hours in the refrigerator in a large bowl or zip-top plastic bag, flipping occasionally, but even a few hours will impart delicious flavor. Cook your meat over a hot grill, or cook it low and slow in a 200-250 degree oven for a few hours.
Remember to reserve the marinade when you begin to cook! Pour it into a small pot, bring to a boil, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and serve along with your finished meat for a tasty sauce.
